To maintain natural health, you need two things: an ideal, nutrient-rich diet and a healthy lifestyle. However, our nutritional environment has changed over the last century. The food industry uses many additives, which makes food tasty but less healthy:

Omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids and their ratio to each other are involved in maintaining homeostasis and preventing inflammatory processes. For optimal health function, our diet must contain the ideal ratio of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. Food manufacturers often use corn syrup (monosaccharide) instead of beet sugar (disaccharide). While 30 years ago the daily intake of Fructose whereas it used to be 0-10 grams, today it is usually between 250 and 300 grams. This has a very detrimental effect on the metabolism and is the main cause of metabolic syndromes.

The three most commonly used herbicides in agriculture (Glyphosateatrazine and 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid) have toxicological and hormone-modulating effects on animals and humans via feed and food plants.

The GM soya herbicide Glyphosate harbours a considerable risk of damage to the stomach and intestinal mucosa, impairs intestinal dysbiosis and has been shown to promote Liver- and Kidney damage.

Atrazine influences the enzyme aromatase, which converts testosterone into Oestrogen is converted. This herbicide shocks the activity of the aromatase enzyme. As a result, the testosterone level in men decreases, while the oestrogen level in women increases. This can lead to a testosterone deficiency in men and a high oestrogen level in women, which favours the development of endometriosis.
