DISPATCH AND PAYMENT

Payment:

You can pay for products ordered in the Fulvicherb webshop in the following ways:

  • Map
  • Google Pay
  • Apple Pay
  • Link
  • Bank transfer

Card payments are processed via the Stripe system. Supported card types: MasterCard, VISA, American Express.

On the "Checkout" page, select the "Credit Card (Stripe)" option and enter your credit card details in the drop-down box. The details are: Card number, expiry date, credit card code, credit card name. Once you have entered your card details, click on the "Place order" button to start the transaction.

Stripe will begin charging the cardholder's account for the amount of the transaction. If a problem occurs, you will be informed of the details of the problem on the transaction page and given further instructions to change the details. After a successful payment, you will be automatically returned to our card payment completion page where you will receive feedback on the outcome of the transaction. If you click on the "Back" or "Refresh" button on the payment page or close the browser window before you are redirected back to the current page, the payment may or may not fail. You will be notified of the result of a successful transaction by e-mail. Unsuccessful transactions are displayed on the Stripe transaction page.

The security of the credit card payment solution offered by Stripe is based on data separation. The ordering system receives the order-related information from the customer, while Stripe only receives the card data required for the payment transaction on the TLS-encrypted payment page. The content of the payment page is not communicated to the ordering system and is only accessible to Stripe. The result of the transaction is transmitted to the ordering system page after payment. To pay by card, your Internet browser must support SSL encryption. The value of the purchased service, i.e. the amount paid, is immediately blocked on your card account.

MD Vital Ltd. does not store or retain credit card details in any way. The data is stored in the Stripe system.

Dispatch:

We are committed to sustainability and use environmentally friendly packaging to avoid waste. Our glass bottles ensure that our additive-free product remains fresh and of good quality. We take care of the security and simple administration of your order.

We deliver your order on the same day if we receive it before 12 noon on working days!

The parcels are packed by Webshippy Kft. and delivered by GLS, DHL, DPD, Österreichische Post, Deutsche Post as well as packeta.com and its partners. When the parcel is dispatched, Webshippy sends an email with the tracking number to confirm the dispatch of the parcel. The delivery service will also send a notification email with the tracking number and estimated delivery time (this may vary from provider to provider).

If you have inadvertently entered an incorrect delivery address when ordering, the courier service will not be able to deliver your parcel. In this case, we will contact you by email to clarify the delivery address.

If we do not receive a reply to these emails, the parcel will be returned to us after a few working days. As this incurs additional costs for us, we cannot resend the parcel free of charge.

In the event of an uncollected and returned parcel, you have the following options:

  • We will invoice you for the costs of packaging, processing and dispatch. We will send you the ordered products again as soon as you have paid this invoice.
  • In the case of a completely new order, the products already paid for will be added to the new order.


The parcel will be delivered by home delivery. You can change the delivery method at any time via the e-mail sent by the courier.

If the delivery fails, you have the option of collecting the parcel from your nearest parcel collection point. You will receive an e-mail for this purpose. If the parcel is not collected within five working days, it will be returned to our warehouse.

In this case, we can send you the purchased products again according to the same rules as for uncollected parcels.

The shipping costs for each country are calculated automatically on the checkout page after you have entered your delivery address and the number of items ordered.
