Wendelin Essencia Equis is a feed supplement for horses containing fulvic acid, which decisively supports digestion, fermentation processes and the entire metabolic function. The high biological activity of fulvic acid makes the product particularly valuable for foals, young horses, breeding horses and sport horses.
Properties
Fulvic acid is the smallest and most easily absorbed fraction of humic acids. It forms natural chelate and complex compounds that efficiently transport minerals and bioactive substances.
In horses, fulvic acid has a stabilising effect on the fermentation-relevant intestinal flora and at the same time supports the regeneration of the intestinal mucosa, especially in cases of diarrhoea, dysbiosis or reduced absorption capacity.
Foals are particularly susceptible to bacterial enteritis in the first few days of life. The combination of fulvic acid and parajd salt quickly compensates for electrolyte losses, as it is already fully absorbed in the anterior small intestine and supports the structural recovery of the damaged enterocytes.
For adult horses, fulvic acid makes a significant contribution to optimising digestive and metabolic function. It improves the absorption of nutrients and minerals, promotes intestinal homeostasis and helps to ensure that the fermenting microorganisms in the large intestine remain stable and efficient. This is crucial for horses that react sensitively to changes in feed, stress or intensive exercise.
The additional arginine-fulvic acid complex supports performance, as arginine promotes the formation of nitric oxide (NO), which dilates the blood vessels and improves the oxygen supply to the muscles. This allows the horse to process more energy aerobically, accumulate less lactate and have a higher physical capacity - without any dopping-relevant mechanisms.
Selected herbs such as camomile, nettle, sage, milk thistle, aniseed, caraway and blueberry leaves also support liver function, kidney excretion and the horse's general digestive performance.

Application recommendations
For diarrhoea:
To achieve the desired effect, the product should be used for at least 15 days (this corresponds to the regeneration time of the intestinal villi).
For the prevention of chronic colic:
Daily administration of 50 % of the recommended dosage, permanently.
For acute stomach or intestinal mucosa problems and for liver regeneration:
The minimum duration of use is 60 days.
For sport horses to improve blood circulation and muscle work:
Daily, continuous use during the training and competition period.
Dosing instructions
Concentrated solution that is added to the animals' drinking water.
Suckling foal:
50 ml/day, administered orally with a drench applicator.
Weaned foals up to the age of 1 year:
100 ml/day, mixed with the concentrated feed or administered via the drinking water.
Young horses aged 1-3 years:
100-250 ml/day, mixed with the concentrated feed or administered via the drinking water.
Adult horses:
250-350 ml/day, depending on body weight, mixed with the concentrated feed or administered via the drinking water.
