Payment:

You can pay for products ordered in the Fulvicherb webshop in the following ways:

• Google Pay

Card payments are made through the stripe system. Supported card types: MasterCard, VISA, American Express.

Select “Credit Card (Stripe)” on the checkout page and enter your credit card details in the drop-down box. The details are card number, expiry date, CVC code, and credit card name. Once you have entered your card details, click the “Place Order” button to start the transaction. Stripe will start debiting the cardholder’s account using the amount of the transaction. In the event of a problem, the transaction page will inform you of the details of any problem and give you further instructions to change the details. After a successful payment, you will be automatically returned to our card payment completion page, where you will receive feedback on the outcome of the transaction. If you click on the “Back” or “Refresh” button on the payment page or close the browser window before being redirected back to the current page, the payment may be unsuccessful, but not always. You will be notified by email of the outcome of a successful transaction. Unsuccessful transactions will be reported on the Stripe transaction page.

The security of the credit card payment solution provided by Stripe is based on data separation. The ordering system receives the order-related information from the customer, while Stripe only receives the card details required for the payment transaction on the TLS encrypted payment page. The ordering system is not informed of the payment page data content, which is only accessible by Stripe. The result of the transaction is communicated to the ordering system page after the payment. To pay by card, your internet browser must support SSL encryption. The value of the service purchased, the amount paid, will be blocked immediately on your card account.
MD Vital Ltd. does not store or retain credit card data in any way. The data is stored on the Stripe system.

Shipping:

We are committed to sustainability and use environmentally friendly packaging to avoid waste. Our glass bottles ensure that our additive-free product stays fresh and of good quality. We ensure the security and easy management of your order.

We will deliver your order the same day if it is received before 12 noon on weekdays!

Packages are packed by Webshippy Kft. and delivered by GLS, DHL, DPD, Austrian Post, Deutsche Post, as well as packeta.com and its partners. When the package is sent, Webshippy will send an email with the tracking number to confirm that the package has been sent. The delivery service will also send a notification email with the tracking number and the estimated delivery time (this may vary from provider to provider).

If you have accidentally provided an incorrect delivery address when placing the order, the courier will not be able to deliver your package. In this case, we will contact you by email to clarify the delivery address.

If we do not receive a reply to these e-mails, the package will be returned to us after a few working days. Because this results in additional costs for us, we cannot resend the package for free.

In the event of an uncollected and returned package, you have the following options:

• We will charge you for the packaging, handling and shipping costs. We will resend the ordered products as soon as you have paid this invoice.
• In the case of a completely new order, the products already paid for will be added to the new order.

The package will be delivered by home delivery. You can change the delivery method at any time via the email sent by the courier.

If delivery fails, there is an option to pick up the package at the parcel collection point nearest to you. You will receive an email about this. If the package is not picked up within five working days, it will be returned to our warehouse.

In this case, we can resend you the purchased products according to the same rules as for uncollected packages.

Delivery costs and free shipping limits for each country are automatically calculated on the checkout page after you enter your address and the number of items ordered.
