Payment:
You can pay for products ordered from the fulvicherb webshop in two different ways: by card and by cash* when you receive your parcel.
Card payments are made through the stripe system. Supported card types: MasterCard, VISA, American Express.
On the checkout page, select “Credit Card (Stripe)” and enter your credit card details in the drop-down box. The details are: card number, expiry date, cvc code, credit card name. Once you have entered your card details, click on the “Place Order” button to start the transaction. Stripe will start debiting the cardholder’s account with the amount of the transaction. In the event of a problem, the transaction page will inform you of the details of any problem and give you further instructions to change the details. After a successful payment, you will be automatically returned to our card payment completion page, where you will receive feedback on the outcome of the transaction. If you click on the “Back” or “Refresh” button on the payment page or close the browser window before being redirected back to the current page, the payment may be unsuccessful, but not always. You will be notified by email of the outcome of a successful transaction. Unsuccessful transactions will be reported on the Stripe transaction page.
The security of the credit card payment solution provided by Stripe is based on data separation. The ordering system receives the order-related information from the customer, while Stripe only receives the card details required for the payment transaction on the TLS encrypted payment page. The ordering system is not informed of the payment page data content, which is only accessible by Stripe. The result of the transaction is communicated to the ordering system page after the payment. To pay by card, your internet browser must support SSL encryption. The value of the service purchased, the amount paid, will be blocked immediately on your card account.
MD Vital Ltd. does not store or retain credit card data in any way. The data is stored on the Stripe system.

Cash on delivery is only available in certain countries. In some countries where cash on delivery is available, card payment may not always be available at the time of acceptance (these countries are indicated on the payment page).
Shipping:
Guided by a strong belief in sustainability, we use environmental-friendly packaging to reduce the amount of waste. Our glass bottles ensure that our additive-free product will remain fresh and of good quality. To avoid the product getting damaged, we pack two bottles in a box only. So, if you order more bottles than two, you’ll receive them in more boxes. We’ll ensure the safety and easy managing of your order.
Orders placed before 12 noon on working days will be picked up the same day by the courier service.
Delivery is currently possible to the countries and by the shipping methods listed below. Current delivery charges and estimated delivery times are shown next to each country name, along with available delivery and payment options.
Delivery costs for each country are automatically calculated on the checkout page after you have entered your address and the number of items ordered.
Parcels will be delivered by GLS and DHL as well as by Packeta.com and it’s partners.

Shipping outside of EU:
The costs incurred in connection with customs clearance (customs duties, VAT, customs clearance fees) are to be paid by the buyer. This is handled directly between the recipient and DHL before the parcel is delivered. You will be contacted by DHL prior to delivery. Standard delivery times to anywhere in the world: 2-5 working days.
A maximum of 10 bottles can be ordered at a time and will be sent in 5 separate packages. If you wish to purchase more than this, you will need to place a new order.
